TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 1. All inmates must keep their Jewels Ornaments, Laptop, Mobile, Gadgets, etc., Safely with their own responsibility.
2. 2. Management is not responsible for your Gold Ornaments and belongings.
3. 3. Always maintain cleanliness in the PG room and premises.
4. 4. Always make on entry in the Movement register.
5. 5. People on Night Shift must sign in the movement register.
6. 6. Need to stay minimum for a period of three months. If not, advance amount will be refunded after 15 days only.
7. 7. Pay the monthly rent on (or) before 5th of every month.
8. 8. Rs. 500/- will be deducted from advance when leaving as service and maintenance charges. This is non-refundable and will be deducted compulsorily.
9. 9. Rs. 1000/- will be charged as EB advance on top of rent advance.

IMPORTANT CONDITION

1. 1. If you want to Vacate the room, you must give one month Advance Notice.
2. 2. In case of vacating without one month's Notice or due to unavoidable reasons on the First or Middle of the month your advances is non-refundable.
3. 3. Money paid for food cannot be refunded for any reason.
4. 4. No friends are allowed inside the Hostel. You are not allowed to bring your friends into your room or Hostel Premises at all.
5. 5. IF FRIENDS FOUND INSIDE YOUR ROOM, YOU WILL BE FINED Rs. 500/- PER PERSON. IF NOT PAID IT WILL BE JUST DEDUCTED FROM YOUR ADVANCE THEN.
6. 6. No strangers should be allowed inside without informing us. If found inside, you will be responsible if any items are stolen and for the fine.
